VIDEO: Turning Waking Art Into Real Art – Mixed Media Abstract Art

Have you ever woken up with a picture in your head of a project you really need to do? Well, this happened to me yesterday. I woke with a really clear image in my head, this waking art just popped into my head as I became aware of the new day and started to open my eyes. But it wasn’t just an image it was a feeling too, you know when you wake up and the images and feelings are all merged together as one? I couldn’t hold onto the feelings, they soon vanished back into the dream world, but the image was still there and I tried to turn it into something real and you can watch me do that in my video today.

It is a very mixed media piece with gouache and watercolor paint, acrylic ink and collage. So go grab a tea or coffee and watch my waking art turn into real art!
