A Year of Light will be a captivating exploration of all things light in art – concepts, techniques, implications, emotions, and expression – delving into the many facets of light, both literal and metaphorical.

During the taster, you’ll get an introduction to the new course and meet all 30 teachers who will be lighting up your year. It’s nine days of completely free classes, each offering unique perspectives on the theme of light.
In my session, you will dive into an exciting abstract exercise focused on texture and light. You will explore the flow of fluid colour and experiment with creating light textures on paper, ultimately crafting radiant, light-inspired abstracts.
