FREE Art Oasis 2025 Starts Tomorrow!
I don’t know about you but I am really enjoying soaking up lots of arty inspiration at the moment. Doesn’t it just help to keep you playing and filling your pages with fun? We are super lucky because we have another great event coming – Art Oasis, hosted by Jessica Swift starting tomorrow.

What I’ve Got For you…Art Oasis 2025
You know me, I love a bit of mark making, it is something I do regularly. I find that it not only helps with my well being but it also helps me to train my hand eye coordination and provides me with new and interesting marks and motifs for my art toolbox.
If you are looking for ways of finding your arty true self then mark making has to be up there as one of the most important exercises!
And the best thing about mark making? You don’t need any specialised equipment to do it with. You could do it with a tea bag if you wanted! I mean, we aren’t going to in this class, but we could!
What you are going to do, during my class for the Art Oasis, is have some fun filling papers with colours and marks and then using those to make some abstract collages. YUM! I am looking forward to it.

I have another great exercise for you too. If you upgrade to VIP you also get to play with my ‘Duck Marks’ class that I put together specially for this event.
I really wanted to get us stretching how we use our mark-filled pieces of paper and I love exploring the idea of patterns and graphic marks matched with organic subjects. Which in this case is a duck, as you might have guessed!
In this class we will be warming up, playing with shapes, marks, layers and different medium and just taking that first play, from Art Oasis, that little bit further.
