Exploring More Texture
Get ready for a range of ideas to play with and to get you exploring in art club this month. We have some abstract shapes, collage florals and another in the bird page series coming up this month.
Journal Club
So let’s jump in to our abstract play and a simple way to add shape and colour to a piece but still build in lots of interest. Then when you have a piece let’s also have a look at how it could lead to other pieces too.
Studio Clubbies
In The Studio
We are going to finish off the series of bird page projects with another look at using texture and colour to frame some focal images. Then dive on into texture and colours to make your own notepaper ephemera to build up a retro floral collage page in your journal.
So we are still exploring texture and different ways to add it with different materials and techniques.
