More burnout art today and a mixed media collage piece. Yep, I am owning it and calling it burnout work! If you aren’t sure what I am going on about then visit last Wednesday’s post and watch that video first, it will be a little clearer. It is not so drastic as it sounds, don’t worry, but I have been suffering from a bit of burnout and decided that an easy come – easy go art session, which didn’t have to result in anything, would help. I mean I did film the session but I wasn’t forcing myself to make anything ‘show-able’, it just so happens that a few projects did come out of it. And here is the second of those projects. I showed the first on Wednesday, another mixed media collage piece, which as it happens also had a butterfly too – I mean theme, much?!
I might show the other pieces over on instagram rather than as videos as they were super short, so keep your eye out for them. You will spot them as they are all the same color scheme. In the meantime, the colors I have used are all listed below and there is a close-up piccy too! But you knew that didn’t you?!
