I will be honest, everything that is going on at the moment has been overwhelming hasn’t it? I don’t know about you but I have been having problems creating. I’ve found that all my usual creative block busting tricks have stopped working.

But there have been some creative exercises that have been helping and I wanted to share them here in case they can help you too. So in the video I am talking through my 2020 overwhelm creative block and the three exercises that have been helping me to ease it, whilst I demo one of the exercises.
