An Ongoing Obsession

Ahh obsessions! Got to love them! I have an ongoing obsession with all things neon and fluorescent. It started with the Hero Arts Neon Ink pads which I was lucky enough to get my inky hands on for an article for Papercraft Essentials Issue 87 last year.
