July is almost here and time to have a peek at what is coming up in Art Club for all my Art Club Tiers.
Journal Club
In Journal Club this month I have some mini art play with orange and whilst we work through them let’s have a chat about those times when you aren’t feeling. You know what I mean? The days when none of your art seems to work and it can be super frustrating so I am sharing some of my strategies for dealing with those kind of blocks that get in the way of a good art flow.
Studio Clubbies
In The Studio
We are experimenting again this month and I have some creative exercises to help you to improve your observation skills and build your idea generation. You will be gathering art ideas around pattern and colour using your senses for this one. So pick a fruit and come join me for that session.
Then we will be exploring some creative drawing exercises with colour pencils and seeing double Llama in the process, as I walk you through getting down shape, form, texture and colour, expressively, in your drawings.

I am looking forward to it, it will be a fun month of art play and to go with it I have a light and airy download for you to play with too that feels a little summery to me! And I will be back at the end of the month with some ideas for using it as usually.
