What I just LOVE about is that it is a year of arting with lots of different people with different approaches to art. All of that knowledge and experience in one place gets me buzzing every time!
There are 30 teachers in all sharing their passion and it is a great way to really absorb yourself into the creative process throughout the year.
I also love that the overall ethos of Life Book is about nurturing, growing and supporting your wellbeing. It’s also about personal development and healing through art. And I love how Life Book helps you grow.
