So I wasn’t going to join in with Inktober this year. I didn’t think I would be able to fit it in. But I changed my mind at the very last minute, I mean literally on the day it started, October 1st! And now we are almost, not quite, but pretty close to halfway through the month. So how are you getting on with it? Are you keeping up? If you are struggling or maybe haven’t started yet then I can help!
In my video today I am sharing how I am keeping up with the daily drawing and posting over on Instagram. Hopefully it will help you too. But it is not just for Inktober, you can take on these tips for any of the art challenges and habits you want to form. So today’s video is a mix of some art, a pep talk, some tips and hacks and a sketchbook tour! The lot!
If you are looking for more on Inktober and the prompt’s you can find them on Jake Parker’s Inktober website.

The smallest supplies list ever!
Any sketchbook. I am using an old Paperblanks diary that I picked up for a couple of pounds (they can be expensive if you buy them new!)
You can find a list of my favorite and most used art supplies here.
If you missed it last year you can catch up with my Inktober 2017 sketchbook flip through over on my YouTube channel.
And if you want to hear what I listen to whilst I work, and tell me what you listen to, then watch my ‘When Doodles Go Wrong’ video!
Catch you later!
