VIDEO: From Art Journal Fail To New Art

I warn you this video starts with a rather nasty art journal fail! I mean it is ugly. A catastrophe! A mistake! A mess! Don’t say that I didn’t warn you! But don’t worry because I save the page and make some new art from the mess and I hope that it puts you in the mood to revisit some of your own not so happy pages. I am also kind of hoping that it encourages you to not be too over critical when you do fail. It happens, it is no big deal and you learn so much from it too! So own your mistakes and go out there and make some great art from them.

Pep talk over! Let’s do this thing! Oh and don’t forget that there is a close-up of some of the details of the new page at the bottom of this post.
