Have you used the Jane Davenport Mermaid Markers yet? If you haven’t come across them, they are a brush pen, much like a waterbrush, but they come pre-filled with a dye-based ink. Now I bought myself a pack a few months ago meaning to do a review video, so shout if you would still like me to do one! Instead today I have a technique for using these Mermaid Markers with stencils to get a seriously cool effect!

Kim – discovered your You Tube Channel yesterday and am enjoying watching numerous of your videos today (it being really well and horrible out). I noticed that you “de-sticky-ed” your masking tape a bit before attaching to the paper to ease its removal post crafting. Did you know that you can use a heat tool on it to assist its removal too? I cannot recall where I heard of this tip but I can say that it works and I have not had any problems with masking tape damaging paper since.
