As Featured On Blitsy – How To Make A Die-Cut and Watercolour Art Journal Page

This week over on the Blitsy blog I am sharing the making of this art journal page from start to finish…

[I do use affiliate links and there are some in this blog post.]

Close-up of a watercolour and die-cut journal page

It is a super drippy art journal page using die-cuts and the Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolours to make lots of texture and interesting colour. I had loads of fun making it and playing with the paints on the page so if you are want to see more do pop on over to my How To Make A Die-Cut and Watercolour Art Journal Page on the Blitsy blog.

    Hi Kim
I like what you have done and the tutorial is very clear with great photo's to support, I wonder where do you get your inspiration from?

Hi Jennifer, thank you 🙂 Glad you like it.
Thanks for the question too! I think I get my inspiration from anywhere and everywhere. That just sounds like one of those unhelpful stock answers you here again and again but it really is true!
I think what also helps is working, turning up at your desk and putting in the hours (or minutes depending on how much time you can devote to it!). I think that the more you do the more the ideas come to you because you are constantly trying things out and making new connections!
      Hope that helps 🙂
