Blitsy Golden Scissors Blog Hop

Blitsy Golden Scissors

Welcome to the Blitsy Golden Scissors Blog Hop!

If you got here from Stephanie Chan over at The Silly Pearl then you are on the right track. If you have just started here then you are about halfway and can hop over to the Blitsy Blog to start from the beginning. Before we start, just so that you know, I do use affiliate links and there are some in this blog post.

So what is this hop all about? Well each blog in this hop is giving away a pair of Blitsy Golden Scissors. These are not just ordinary scissors! These are your ticket into being entered into the grand prize draw for $1000 to spend at Blitsy or a year’s worth of craft supplies.

Wahoo! What would you spend all that crafting money on?

So if you want to be in with a chance to win a pair of these much sort after scissors – you get an actual pair of scissors too, score! – then you will need to leave a comment on each of the 12 blogs on this hop, so that is 12 chances to win!

  3. It is so hard to pick just one! I'm really excited about the planners so I will be watching for Me and My Big Ideas Recipe Planner since my recipes are a horror – LOL. I'm also going to snag up some of the inks. Never enough color in my world.

  4. The inks…I actually haven't decided which inks. Maybe the Tim Holtz. I have been using an ink but I don't think it is the right kind, so I need to figure out which one is used for what I am looking for.

  5. Oh what an awesome opportunity… Would love Ranger Distress ink all new colors… And watercolor paper…and and and….. Where to stop if you are a collector ( hoarder ?? ….lol )..

  6. So many goodies! I'm looking forward to the Me and My Big Ideas Recipe Planner. I already have one, but I was thinking about getting one for my daughter as a keepsake of my recipes.

  7. Zig Kuretake Watercolor Products would be a Great Item to add to my Craft Stash!!!

  8. Uh everything! I definitely want the zig watercolor markers, and the first four months of the distress inks. I missed those, so hoping to get a good deal on them. ♥

  9. Kim, As much as I love Dina Wakely, I have to choose the Strathmore Watercolor Paper. That paper makes my novice watercolor attempts look great. What do you think about all of the American craziness about "Black Friday" sales? -DK calistoga1924k @ gmail dot com

  10. I adore the Strathmore paper products! I've made so many beautiful cards and paintings and pastels with their paper as my medium… And I'd be so so happy to win golden scissors and a years supply of crafty goodness….

  11. I am just looking don't know what a lot of this stuff is used for the embossing powders and different papers for printing digis to color.

  12. I would have to say the Zig products? Im hoping that there is touch of Luna or Stella glitter markers? I do love Zig markers, Im excited to see what is available? And these prices have me all excited to shop! Thanks and have a Happy Thanksgiving!

  13. OMG! First, thank you for being part of the Blog Hop. This bunny's tail is twitching with anticipation. Cus I love in NYC, I'm knocked out of ever getting a golden scissors. I know, stinks doesn't it. But just pretend and keep on hoping. The Brusho crystals are "da bomb". I have two small containers and have used it just see the magic. So, these are definitely on my wish list as is the Strathmore papers that hold these colors the best. Thank you for the thrill. Lastly and more importantly, have a very happy Thanksgiving!

  14. Oh boy, where do I begin….I would love to snag some of the Ranger color of the month sets that I may have missed and I can always use more Strathmore papers, especially at bargain prices!

TOP of my list from your sneak peeks are the Zig Kuretake watercolor products and Strathmore Watercolor Paper – together they make a PERFECT PAIR for WONDERFUL watercolor ADVENTURES, it would be SO EXCITING to make MAGIC happen with them 🙂
I confess that I don't have many Distress Inks in my stash, so I would also LOVE to get some of the GORGEOUS Color Of The Month colors to get inky with too!!!
THANK YOU for the chance to win a PRECIOUS pair of GLORIOUS Golden Scissors!!!

  16. Tim holtz micro glaze and the distress and ranger inks are definitely a must have NOW!! 😉 I have to have it ALL! I am such a crafter fanatic that all of it has to be in my craft room! Lol! Happy Thanksgiving!

  17. Hello Kim! Woah… So many "must haves" will be on sale. Wish I was able to shop, but health reasons sadly prevent that. Any who… I love all Tim Holtz products, watercolor & canvas. I would surely buy every item. But, if I could pick just 1 thing, I'd love a beautiful shiny gold pair of scissors. They not only would look pretty on my craft wall, but they'd bring me so much joy & smiles every time I craft. Fingers crossed… I really "NEED" them. Thanks for the blog hop with Blitsy. #blitsysleepover

  18. So excited to grab a couple more of the Me and My Big Ideas Recipe Planner — I got one a month ago from Blitsy and love it. I'm actually putting family recipes in it to give to my daughter (she is 22) for Christmas!
