A Textured Collage Mixed Media Panel

Something non-card today, I have a 5″ x 7″ canvas panel to share. It is a little mixed media, textured collage with no name, I’m just calling it ‘Panel’, perhaps the name will come to me later?

I’ve used the new clear texture paste from Cosmic Shimmer mixed with the Cosmic Shimmer Western Blue Polished Silk Glitter through a mask.

The butterfly is from the Creative Expressions Umount Floral Silhouette stamp kit and I stamped it with Cosmic Shimmer Flake and Glitter glue and used the Cosmic Shimmer Western Blue Polished Silk Glitter to’colour’ it.

The doily is called ‘Dazzling’ and is one of the lovely new Couture Creations Doily Die from the Fantasia Collection. I’ve added the lettering with ink and a dip pen through a stencil.

The background is a collage of newspaper and the colour is Cosmic Shimmer Misters so there is a bit of sparkle in there too.

Have you spotted the new watermark on my photos? I’m experimenting, so you might see some different ones until I settle on one I like!

Catch you later.

Scrumptious – love the colour combination, the Oriental script and those fab chevrons and inky effects.

Lovely bright colours. Chinese newsprint and English alphabet, perhaps Translate or Translation would be a good title?

What a great canvas Kim. The colour combo is super (those textured pastes are fab when glittery, aren't they).
