Ok so we are now 4 days into the New Year…how many of those resolutions/ life-style changes have you kept too? Oh how we struggle to become better people with the New Year! I’m pacing myself this year, that is my New Year’s resolution to pace my life-style improvements over the whole year and not just in the first two weeks of January, this works particularly well if you still have Christmas chocolates left over – *Big Grin!*
