Mixed Media Gift Box

You know I love lots of stamps right? Like so many of us crafters we love all those yummy designs around don’t we? Well when I saw this latest stamp from Unity designed by Suzi Blu available at Make The Day Special, I just HAD to have her! I love her!

I’m not supposed to be spending any money and I was going to wait but I could not resist putting a picture of her up on my blog last week and then I convinced myself that you would buy all of Emily’s stock so of course I had to get in there first didn’t I? Tee Hee!

I’ve made a gift box and painted it with acrylic paints and tea staining. I used the gorgeous key stamps from the Unity Key to Joy July 2010 kit, also available from Make The Day Special to emboss in gold.

The hearts are cut from a homemade paper fabric and I’ve finished the box off with painted fabric and a little matching tag.

Isn’t she pretty?

Before I go you might like to know that the lovely new {Ippity} Stamps are over at Emily’s {Ippity} Inspiration Blog with lots of lovely examples from the design team of these yummy stamps. Oh man I just want them all!

Have a fabulous Friday all you lovelies!
