Grace On Film

Hey guys, I have a mixed media canvas to show you today, I’ve called it ‘Grace On Film’!

I was lucky enough to win some gorgeous Darkroom Door stamps as blog candy from Rachel Greig’s Darkroom Door blog and just thought they would be perfect for this project. I love mixing fabric, paper, embroidery and rubber stamping and the different textures and effects it gives to a piece.

There are a lot of details, that I’m not sure I’ve managed to pick up in the photographs – still trying to get to know my new camera.

The fabrics have been hand coloured and stitched with beading detail. The Darkroom Door image has been hand tinted and I’ve also added crackle details to the sentiments and yummy buttons to my fabric roses.

Thanks for popping by.

Kim
