News Time Thursday

Hey all, I was hoping to have something to show you today but I’m having one of those mojo-free moments so I thought I would share some candy news. Create 4 Fun has some Copic ciaos up for grabs to celebrate 5,000 visitors and their online shop. Well done, guys.

Does anyone know anything about laying flooring in a bathroom? We have a very old, moth-eaten (literally) carpet that we want to replace with lino or something but do you have to put a water-proof lining underneath? So guess what we are doing this bank-holiday! 🙂

Hope you are all having good Mojo-full days 🙂

If you lay Lino down you shouldnt need to waterproof it…but if you want to lay laminate flooring(fake wood) down…then I would put a waterproof lining under it .

  2. Hi Kim, long weekend ahead then! We have laminate in our bathroom/toilet and a good underlay would be advisable, its great when down though, so easy to maintain. We got a great deta from B & Q, didn'g cost a fortune either. Good luck! Heidi xx

We put lino in our bath a couple years ago. We bought the kind that only has to have glue around the edges. A bit more expensive but well worth it when it comes to taking it up. No underlayment required and we have concrete floors.
